You can ask for a refund if:
You receive the product in a damaged/tampered condition:
We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email to info@aakritiartcreations.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
- We will send you a replacement against the damaged product or issue a credit note valid for one year.
- We will bear the cost of sending you a replacement and picking up the damaged product from your place.

If a refund is requested instead of a replacement or credit note, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If you did not like the product:
Please send us an email at info@aakritiartcreations.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
- We will issue a credit note valid for one year.

Note:
- The cost of returning the shipment will be borne by us. If you prefer, we can arrange for a pickup and deduct the return shipping charges from your refund or credit note.
- The product must be properly packed to ensure safe return delivery. A credit note or refund will only be issued upon receipt of the product in good condition.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email to info@aakritiartcreations.com along with your order ID. We will cancel your order and issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.
No cancellations will be entertained for dispatched orders.
